NUMA PELIZZOLI has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Human Resources Manager and Payroll Manager at Tesmec S.p.A. since November 1993. Over the years, responsibilities have expanded from Payroll Administrator to overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, training, career development, incentives, and international exchanges, with a strong focus on industrial relations within the Tesmec group and Reggiani Macchine.
