Prior to RDAlabsLabs, Byju was associated with Snap One (acquired by Synchronoss). He held the capacity of HR & Recruitment Manager with Antenna Software (acquired by Pega Systems). He has made a significant contribution to Antenna Software by building a team of 150+ in a short span of time. At Snap One, he drove expedited recruitment of 40+ technical experts within 6 months. He has rich experience in global HR policies which he gained during his tenure at Snap One, New Jersey, USA.
