He has built and led engineering and professional services organizations globally and delivered enterprise and consumer solutions for global IT infrastructures on leading cloud platforms. He has worked directly with C-Level Executives at Fortune1-1000 companies and built enterprise mobile, cloud platforms, and solutions at At&T, Vodafone, Xerox, Wal-Mart, Eaton, Dell, Coca-Cola Enterprise, AMTRAK, Novo Nordisk, Hill-Rom, ABBOTT, PNC, Merrill Lynch, Royal Bank of Scotland, J&J Europe, South Korean Telecom, Telstra (Australia), and Assurant among others.

Reji has built four global technology organizations over the past 15 years. Antenna Software (acquired by Pega Systems), Snap One, Apogee Networks, and Evident Software.
