Alyse Rokita

Alyse Rokita has worked in the social services field for more than 20 years helping individuals with disabilities obtain and maintain successful employment. Her educational background focused on working with individuals with hearing loss and Alyse is fluent in American Sign Language. When she joined the RDE Systems team 3 years ago, her passion and dedication for helping others found a new love working with the HIV/AIDS community. Alyse is the Executive Assistant to Jesse Thomas, and the company’s Operations Manager and Cultural Gardner who helps ensure everything is running smoothly at RDE Systems. Her experience in staffing is a cornerstone of RDE’s onboarding, mentorship, and team-building efforts for the People and Culture department. Alyse brings a sense of family and cheer to the company by organizing office events, celebrations to improve morale and keep the RDE family connected and supported. She is grateful for the opportunity to work with the amazing clients and partners and the wonderful team at RDE Systems.
