Neil Warburton

Neil’s versatility allows him to contribute to RDH’s New Buildings, Existing Buildings, and Energy & Sustainability practice areas in Washington.

Neil is a Building Science Specialist who works tirelessly to ensure that project requirements and client expectations are achieved. He works on a wide range of New Buildings and Existing Buildings projects, and he is committed to exploring and integrating Passive House and high-performance buildings on the West Coast of the United States.

Before joining RDH in 2005, Neil worked with another building enclosure consulting firm in Ontario, where he focused on roofing condition assessments and construction as well as fire protection field inspections.
