Vladimir Chernyavsky is an experienced project manager with a history of leading software development projects and managing complex banking operations. Currently serving as a Project Manager at SRI «Voskhod» since October 2013, Vladimir specializes in federal software for public services. Prior to this role, Vladimir worked at Sberbank-Technology from May 2011 to October 2013, overseeing bank project management, including the creation and development of the Sberbank website. Vladimir's background also includes a position at Alfa-Bank from October 2006 to May 2011 as a Senior Systems Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed resource and risk management as well as budgeting and reporting. Vladimir holds a degree from Sevastopol State Technical University, completed in 1996.
