Alexa Hofstra

Alexa Hofstra, CPA, has over a decade of experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as Controller at RDM Associates since September 2012. In this role, Alexa oversees internal controls, process management, and accounting systems, and ensures compliance with established procedures. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Accounting Manager at the same firm, where responsibilities encompassed preparing financial statements and budgets for non-profit clients, facilitating audits, and managing accounts receivable. Additional experience includes coaching gymnastics, managing team finances for GVSU Gymnastics as Treasurer, and administrative support at PayneKitson and Associates. Alexa holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Grand Valley State University.
