Joseph Stoutland

Joseph Stoutland is a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Robert Derector Associates, having joined the company in May 2023. Previously, Joseph served as Operations Manager at The Grove NJ from August 2017 to January 2024. Earlier experience includes a role as an Apprentice Electrician at Steel City Electric Company from January 2017 to January 2018 and an HVAC apprentice at Jet Air HVAC LLC during the summer of 2016. Joseph has gained practical hands-on experience in HVAC systems, developed strong skills in reading blueprints, following safety protocols, and communicating effectively with team members and clients. Joseph is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, expected to graduate in 2024.
