Derek Fletcher

Derek Fletcher possesses extensive experience in multimedia production, currently serving as a Multimedia Producer at RDO Equipment Co. and as Director at Montage since February 2022. Prior to these roles, Derek held various positions at Forum Communications Co., including Lead Entertainment Producer and Entertainment Producer, where responsibilities involved shooting and editing documentaries, short stories, commercials, and programs such as "Rides with Jay Thomas" and "AgweekTV." Derek started at Forum Communications as a Video Producer, creating dynamic content for television and web, and initially worked as a Marcile Apprentice focused on writing and producing videos. Derek earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film Production from Minnesota State University Moorhead from 2014 to 2017.
