Greg Wanchap has over 35 years of experience in professional services in roles as Managing Partner, Chief Executive, and Lead Partner.

Prior to that, he gained broad commercial experience in manufacturing, insurance, and investment banking.

As a specialist strategic and commercial advisor he works with a wide range of businesses with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and leading due diligence teams in these transactions. These strategic and advisory roles have included advice to health funds, property groups, investment advisory firms, publishers, coal mining, and education sectors.

More recently, he is a Non-Executive Director and Advisor to companies in the Agriculture, Property, Technology, Investment Advisory, Education, and Major Performing Arts sectors.

He has a particular interest in crisis advisory work that inevitably results in protracted negotiations with various regulators and law enforcement agencies.
