Heidi Riggs

Heidi Riggs is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at RDP Foodservice since October 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing payroll and human resource functions for over 100 employees. Previously, Riggs held the role of Chief Administrative Officer at Alvis, Inc., leading Human Resources, Facilities, and IT Operations while acting as a liaison with outside businesses. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Administration and Human Resources at PRIME AE Group, Community Outreach Specialist for the Ohio Attorney General's Office, Director of Human Resources at RDP Foodservice, and Director of Human Resources for the Ohio Secretary of State, managing human resources functions in both public and private sectors.
