Elena Degteva

Elena Degteva is an experienced professional in project management and business analysis with a strong background in product and service development. Since April 2012, Elena has held multiple leadership roles at RDTEX, including directing product/service development and managing project portfolios, with responsibilities in project planning, task delegation, and resource tracking. Previous experience includes a project management role at AccessBank Azerbaijan in 2015 and consultancy positions at PРАУД and Sciner, where Elena focused on optimizing business processes, implementing financial fraud prevention systems, and developing management reporting systems. Elena holds a candidate degree in economics and management from Belgorod Shukhov State Technology University and has furthered education with training on SironAML.
