France Campbell

France Campbell, PE, PTOE, RSP, currently serves as the Director of Landside Engineering at Raleigh-Durham International Airport, responsible for overseeing consultants in design and construction administration for capital projects. Previously, France was the NC Traffic and ITS Department Manager at AECOM, leading a team focused on transportation safety and analysis across multiple states. Additionally, France held the role of NC Transportation Operations Manager at AECOM, overseeing operations for over 100 professionals. Other experience includes serving as Director of Traffic & Transportation in Sandy Springs, Senior Traffic & ITS Engineer for southern states, and Transportation Engineer roles at both Gresham, Smith and Partners and DKS Associates. France holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation Systems from Clemson University.
