Frank Cheney

Frank Cheney has extensive experience in IT and telecommunications, currently serving as a Web/Cloud Services Administrator and Senior Systems Analyst at Raleigh-Durham International Airport since December 2009. Duties include supervising hardware system builds, installing server hardware, performing preventative maintenance, managing Microsoft Active Directory, and assisting with virtualization using VMWARE technologies. Prior to this role, Frank Cheney worked at Nortel from January 1994 to September 2009 in Unified Communications Technical Support, where responsibilities involved resolving technical issues for Unified Communications consultants and customers. Additional experience includes positions in Global Network Product Support at Bell Northern Research and TAC Support at ITT Telecom from 1978 to 1993.
