Ritika Saraswat

Ritika Saraswat has a diverse work experience. Ritika is currently working as a Business Analyst at Deloitte, a position they have held since September 2022. Ritika is also a Business Analyst at Deloitte starting from October 2023. In addition, they serve as an OYW Ambassador at One Young World, a Circle of Youth Member at YOUTHTOPIA, and a Motivational Speaker at Jack.org. Ritika has also held leadership positions, such as Founder & CEO of Re-Defined, Director Board of Directors at Teenvisor, and Co-Founder of SPEAK TO UPLIFT. Ritika has also served as a Career Coach & Speaker. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Project Manager at UBC School of Kinesiology from June 2021 to October 2022. Ritika has also been involved in nonprofit organizations, including the United Nations Foundation, where they served as Director Board of Directors for the Ahmedabad Coalition | Girl Up Campaign.

Ritika Saraswat completed their Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of British Columbia between 2018 and 2022. Prior to that, they attended Indus International School Pune from 2016 to 2018, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during that time.
