Ieva Razhas

Ieva Razhas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as the Director of Operations and previously in several roles at Real Estate eBroker Inc. in California since June 2014. Ieva has effectively balanced business needs across multiple stakeholders, supervised feedback for system improvements, and led recruitment efforts for both local and overseas teams. Additionally, successful project management includes the development of key company divisions and system upgrades. Prior to this role, Ieva was a Lab Manager and Research Associate at Memory Development Lab at UNCG, contributing to the establishment of the lab and training staff. Ieva began a career in retail as a Book Seller at Barnes & Noble. Ieva holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, San Diego, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Behavioral Sciences from MiraCosta College.
