Paulo Pozeti

Paulo Pozeti has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Paulo started their career as an Application Developer at Amdocs in 2008, where they developed applications using PowerBuilder and C/C++. Paulo then worked at uCube Business Intelligence Solutions as an Application Developer, creating SharePoint portals and performing installation, deployment, and support tasks.

In 2010, Paulo joined everis as an Application Developer, where they planned, designed, and developed the company's website using SharePoint. Paulo also created custom web parts and user controls for specific requirements. Paulo later worked at Grupo SHC as an Application Developer, developing an internal system for customer registration and management using ASP.NET MVC.

From 2011 to 2012, Paulo worked at Amdocs Puerto Rico as a Software Support Engineer, gathering requirements, developing solutions to reduce frauds, and maintaining system stability. Paulo later served as a Subject Matter Expert, successfully performing a migration project and supporting clients in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico.

In 2016, Paulo joined Abarca Health LLC as a Software Engineer, providing support for various systems involving C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Silverlight, SQL Server, and more. Paulo then moved on to Microsoft in 2018, working as a Premier Field Engineer and delivering support services, training, and advocating for cloud computing using Azure services.

In their most recent role at Re-Leased, Paulo worked as a Principal Engineer, focusing on release flow branching strategy implementation and automation. Paulo also provided solutions to increase productivity and fostered autonomy through the creation of Azure Workbooks. Prior to this, they served as a Site Reliability Engineer, removing blockers for the migration of a monolith to Azure App Services and defining standards for Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

Throughout their career, Paulo has gained expertise in various technologies such as Azure, DevOps practices, and infrastructure management. Paulo has consistently demonstrated a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions and supporting customer needs.

Paulo Pozeti obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Paulista, where they attended from 2007 to 2010. Paulo later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Big Data from FIAP, attending from 2018 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including MCSA: Web Applications from Microsoft in July 2019, PSM I - PROFESSIONAL SCRUM MASTER I from Scrum.org in July 2018, MS: Programming in C# from Microsoft in June 2016, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in December 2014, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007, Configuration from Microsoft in January 2010, Certified Kubernetes Application Developer from The Linux Foundation in January 2020, Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert from Microsoft in February 2020, Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions from Microsoft in May 2019, and Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions from Microsoft in February 2019.
