Nikolaj Magne Larsen has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Nikolaj Magne is currently the CEO of Re-Match, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, they served as a General Member of the Board at Re-Match from June 2013 to September 2020.

Nikolaj also has experience in Munin Sports, where they have been an investor since March 2013. In 2010, they founded their own company called Magne Larsen Investments, where they hold the role of CEO & Owner. The company specializes in smaller private equity deals in Denmark and Germany, with a focus on structured debt products. Nikolaj has also started a real estate company focused on prime residential properties in Copenhagen under Magne Larsen Investments.

Nikolaj Magne served as the Managing Director and Head of Strategic Investments at ACP Capital Ltd from February 2006 to July 2008. During their time at ACP Capital, they built a pan-European private equity business focused on small and medium-sized enterprises. Their responsibilities included originating, underwriting, and negotiating private equity deals, as well as meeting with investors. Nikolaj also had overall responsibility for the German market.

Earlier in their career, Nikolaj served as a Vice President at Nomura International from May 2003 to January 2006 and as a Consultant at Permira Advisors from February 2003 to April 2003. Nikolaj Magne started their professional journey as an Analyst at CSFB Investment Banking from July 2000 to January 2003.

Nikolaj Magne Larsen's education history begins in 1995 when they attended The Aarhus School of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor Degree in Business and Modern Language. From 1997 to 1998, they attended the University of Hohenheim, although no degree or field of study is provided for this period. Subsequently, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued a Masters degree at Copenhagen Business School, specializing in Finance and Accounting, with a focus on international finance and business law. Finally, in 1999 to 2000, Nikolaj Magne Larsen attended Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, obtaining an MBA degree with a concentration in Finance.
