Alim Telci

After graduating from Marmara University, Department of Business Administration, Alim Telci did his MBA in finance at The American University, Washington DC Kogod College of Business Administration. Telci, who started his career in 1993 as a managerial candidate at Bank Ekspres, later worked as a manager at Sabancı Holding, Eczacıbaşı Menkul Değerler A.Ş., UB National Investment and Raymond James Securities. Ak Portfolio Management Inc. Asset Management and Ak Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. He served as director of research departments.

Between 2007 and 2009, he served as Head of Research Group, Assistant General Manager, Head of Asset Management Group, Strategist and Deputy General Manager at Unicorn Capital. After working as a director at Halk Investment Asset Management Unit in January-June 2011, he became the Founding General Manager and Member of the Board of Halk Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş., which was newly established within the group. He continued these duties until the acquisition of the company by Ziraat Portfolio in January 2019. Telci, who has been a member of the Re-Pie Board of Directors since March 2019, also teaches at Yeditepe University as a part-time lecturer. Telci is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Capital Markets Association (TSPB) and the Turkish Institutional Investor Managers Association (TKYD).
