Gustavo Ramirez is a seasoned electrical engineer with significant experience in high voltage electrical substations and project management. Currently serving as Technical Director, Substation Department Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager at R.E. Warner and Associates, Inc. since December 2018, Gustavo specializes in electromechanical and Protection & Control design, along with detailed engineering calculations. Previously, roles at J.R.
