Paul Drew

Paul Drew serves as the Head of Leadership Careers at London Business School since August 2019, where responsibilities include leading the development and delivery of careers coaching for Executive MBA programmes and the Sloan Master's in Strategy and Leadership. With extensive experience in career coaching, Paul founded Inextrinsic in January 2015 to help organizations understand employee engagement and motivations, and has worked as an International Career Specialist at REA - Partners in Transition since July 2016, assisting individuals relocating to London. Previous roles include Executive Career Lead at London Business School, Career Strategist at Strategic Career Decisions, and various leadership positions in executive search at Oreham Partners and Penna Plc. Paul holds an MSc in Career Management and Coaching and an MBA, alongside a law degree from University of London.
