Andrea Frankenfield Race has worked in the Human Resources field since 2011. Andrea began their career at Cigars International as a Human Resources Generalist in 2011. In 2013, they moved to Smooth-On, Inc. where they also served as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2017, they joined Beautyblender, where they have held the roles of Human Resources Manager, Senior Manager, and Director.

Andrea Frankenfield Race has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management: Magna Cum Laude from Colorado Technical University, where they studied Human Resource Management.
