Jennifer Carlson has over 20 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, and new media. Jennifer began their career in 2000 as a Project Manager for Electric Artists. In 2001, they became the Director of New Media for Blue Flame Agency. In 2002, they joined Universal Music Group as the Director of New Media and was responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. From 2007 to 2010, they were the VP of Digital Strategy and Emerging Technologies for Music World Entertainment. During this time, they led digital marketing and sales strategies, new technology business development, web content, and mobile initiatives. In 2010, they joined L'Oréal as the Director of Omni Media, Digital Strategy and Investment, and then moved on to become the Director of eCommerce and Integrated Marketing. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Head of Marketing and Communications for GLOSSYBOX. Jennifer then joined SP+ as the Director of Digital Marketing and was responsible for leading the strategy and execution of digital marketing programs. In 2019, they joined Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care as the Executive Director of Digital and eCommerce, Head of Digital and eCommerce, and Digital Marketing Director. Most recently, they joined Beautyblender in 2021 as the Director of eCommerce and Amazon.
