Maritza A.

Maritza A. has a wealth of experience in product development and brand management. Maritza began their career in 2005 as a Beauty Advisor for Estee Lauder. In 2007, they became the Marketing & Brand Manager for LASplash Cosmetics & Ioni Cosmetics at Jon Davler, Inc. In 2013, Maritza moved to HATCHBEAUTY, LLC as a Project Manager, and also became an Associate Brand Manager at American International Industries. In 2015, they took on the role of Product Development Manager at Markwins Beauty Brands Global. From 2017 to 2021, they held the positions of Director and Senior Manager of Product Development at NYX Professional Makeup. Most recently, Maritza was appointed Executive Director of Product Development at Beautyblender.

Maritza A. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles in 2013, majoring in Marketing Management. Prior to that, they obtained an Associates from FIDM in 2007, majoring in Beauty Industry Marketing and Merchandising.
