Alvin Shi

Alvin Shi is a skilled software engineer with experience in developing and maintaining complex systems across multiple companies. Currently employed at REA Group as a Developer, Alvin focuses on contracting systems and supports the broader REA systems. Prior to this, Alvin worked at Iress in various roles including Software Engineer, Graduate Platform Engineer, and Graduate C++ Software Engineer, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, AWS cloud infrastructure, and low latency trading services. Alvin began the career with an internship at Faramoon as a Software Developer Intern and also has prior experience as a Receptionist at Bing's Natural Health. Alvin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Computing & Software Systems) from the University of Melbourne.
