David Charlton

David Charlton is an experienced engineering professional with a comprehensive background in software development and technical leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Manager of Engineering (REAx) at REA Group since June 2014, David has held multiple roles including Senior Technical Lead and Technical Lead within the same organization. Prior to this, David worked as a Release Automation Specialist at RXP Services Limited and held positions such as Senior Enterprise Java Consultant at SMS Management & Technology, Senior Enterprise Java Developer at Foxtel, and Enterprise Java Consultant at Oakton. David began their career as an Information Management Consultant at Kanbay and an Oracle Consultant at Customer Management Technologies. David earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Software Engineering from RMIT University between 1998 and 2002.
