Kapil Rehani

Kapil Rehani is an accomplished software engineering professional with extensive experience in developing scalable financial technology solutions. Currently serving as Lead Developer at REA Group since March 2022, Kapil has previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at ION from April 2013 to March 2022, where key contributions included designing a multi-tenant JAVA stack for a clearing derivatives product suite and enhancing high availability for a US-based FX back office solution. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Associate TRM at Sapient Global Markets from June 2006 to April 2013, where significant achievements encompassed the design of a high-capacity clearing derivatives solution and the optimization of a reconciliation process, resulting in a 60% reduction in processing time.
