Kurtis Pirotta

Kurtis Pirotta has a diverse work history, starting with their role as an Area Manager at Gloria Jean's Coffees from December 2005 to February 2010. During their time there, they successfully led a team of 95 employees across multiple stores and implemented strategies to navigate the 2007/2008 economic downturn.

After that, Kurtis joined MEGT (Australia) Ltd as the State Business Development Manager for Queensland from February 2010 to February 2014. In this role, they focused on developing and nurturing strategic accounts, building long-lasting relationships, and providing guidance and solutions for workforce development.

Next, Kurtis worked as a Sales Agent at McGrath Estate Agents from February 2014 to December 2015. Kurtis played a crucial role in marketing and promoting residential properties, achieving premium prices, and establishing lasting relationships with clients.

From February 2016 to November 2021, Kurtis held the position of Rent Specialist at REA Group Limited. As part of this multinational digital advertising company specializing in property, they gained expertise in the industry and contributed to the success of Australia's leading property websites.

Subsequently, Kurtis took on various roles at REA Group, including Team Lead for Rent from June 2021 to December 2021, Sales Manager for Rent from December 2021 to February 2023, and Sales Manager for Specialist Sales & Growth from March 2023 to July 2023. In these positions, they led teams, developed strategies, collaborated with various stakeholders, and explored revenue opportunities.

Throughout their career, Kurtis has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and a commitment to achieving outstanding results. Additionally, they have been an active member of REA Group's Sales Advisory Board from July 2017 to June 2021.

Kurtis Pirotta completed their Year 12 education at St Thomas More College from 2003 to 2007. During this time, they studied subjects such as Economics, Business, History, Accounting, Study of Religion, and English. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kurtis has obtained various certifications over the years. These include the Sales Leaders of Tomorrow: 2020 Participant certification from REA Group in September 2020, the I AM REA Award Winner FY20 Q4 certification from REA Group in January 2020, the Real Estate Sales Person Licence from the Queensland Government in March 2014, the Diploma of Management from the Queensland Government in January 2013, the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from the Queensland Government in August 2008, and the Certificate IV in Frontline Management from the Queensland Government in June 2008.
