Madalina Michnea is currently a Data & Insights Analyst in Financial Services at REA Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, Madalina served as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Australia from June 2021 to January 2024, focusing on the development and deployment of data analytics and technology products that facilitated transformation for both the firm and its clients, including creating Microsoft Power BI and Tableau solutions and enhancing front-end development with React. Madalina's career began as a Technical Analyst Intern at Gallagher, supported by the prestigious Monash University Information Technology Industry-Based Learning Placement Scholarship. Education includes a Bachelor of Information Technology with a focus on Business Information Systems and Cybersecurity from Monash University, and continuing studies towards a Master of Artificial Intelligence at La Trobe University.
