Melissa McCarney is an experienced change leader and strategy consultant with a robust background in marketing and customer strategy. Currently serving as the Change Lead for the Integration and Transformation team at REA Group, Melissa has successfully managed the integration of Mortgage Choice and Smartline franchise networks. Previous roles include Senior Customer Strategy Manager at Resolution Life, General Manager of Group Marketing and Communications at Mortgage Choice, and Head of Strategic Change at Aussie. With a career spanning back to their early days at Optus, Melissa has developed extensive expertise in marketing, strategic planning, and customer retention across various sectors. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Technology Sydney and has pursued further education through various accredited programs.
