Taylor Downes is an experienced Product Designer currently working at both REA Group and WorkPro since September and January 2024 respectively. Prior experience includes a role at Degreed from January 2020 to August 2024, where Taylor contributed to an upskilling platform connecting learning with opportunities. Taylor also worked at Adepto from November 2016 to January 2020, focusing on managing the workforce through a total talent ecosystem. In addition to professional roles, Taylor served as a TARMAC Council Member at the Design Institute of Australia from 2015 to February 2017, supporting emerging designers. Taylor holds a Bachelor's Honours Degree in Industrial and Interior Design from Queensland University of Technology, complemented by a Diploma of Design & Technology from Southbank Institute of Technology. Early education was completed at Anglican Church Grammar School.
