Glenn Maxwell has been President and CEO of Rea Magnet Wire Company, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to that, they were CEO of Wieland Copper Products LLC from January 2018 to April 2021. Wieland Copper Products LLC is a leading manufacturer of seamless copper tubing serving the air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing and wholesale markets in North America. This business is part of the Global Extruded and Drawn Business Unit and is owned by Wieland Group Headquartered in Ulm, Germany.

Before their time at Wieland Copper Products LLC, Glenn Maxwell was President of Performance Alloys and Composites at Materion Corporation from January 2001 to December 2018. Glenn had total P&L oversight of this $425 million division that generated 70% of its revenue from a fully-integrated Beryllium Business (mining, business development, manufacturing, distribution and sales). The division had 1,400 employees at nine manufacturing plants, eight international sales locations and three distribution centers. The markets served included: Consumer Electronics, Automotive Electronics and Powertrain, Commercial Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Defense, Medical and Telecommunication Infrastructure.

As President of PAC, Glenn Maxwell led the combination of three metals businesses, increased new product sales to $65 million, increased patent count by 14, supported development of a patented CuNiSn Alloy system that grew to $58 million in 2017 sales and grew the non-Beryllium product line 38% in 2017.

Glenn Maxwell has a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Glenn also has an Advanced Management Program 184 from Harvard Business School. In addition, they have a Master of Business Administration - MBA in General Strategic Business from Purdue University Krannert School of Management. Glenn also has a Young Managers Program in General Strategic Business from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
