Vishaka Gunasekara is an experienced academic and researcher currently serving as a Public Policy Surveyor at Reach Aotearoa and as a Teaching Fellow at The University of Waikato, where responsibilities include teaching courses in management and leadership, as well as conducting qualitative research on Women on Boards of Directors as part of a PhD candidature.
