Eric Jacobson

Eric Jacobson has extensive experience in housing development and urban planning, currently serving as the Housing Development Project Manager at REACH Community Development since August 2022. Prior to this role, Eric was a Senior Project Manager at Hacienda CDC, where responsibilities included predevelopment, financing, community engagement, and construction management for affordable housing projects such as the $58 million Las Adelitas in Portland. Eric's previous experience includes being a Project Manager I at Prosper Portland, managing real estate development projects, as well as serving as the Director for Subdistrict 3 at Salem Area Mass Transit District, overseeing a $40 million budget. Additional roles include Land Use and Transportation Planner at Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development and Urban and Environmental Planner at Wallace Roberts & Todd, LLC. Academic credentials include a Master of City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA.
