Kristin Yates Fronza (she/her)

Kristin Yates Fronza is an experienced programs manager currently at REACH CDC since May 2021. Prior to this role, Kristin served as the Assistant Programs Manager and Facilitator at The Pathfinder Network from November 2016 to May 2021, where responsibilities included supervising classroom facilitators and coordinating educational programs at the Coffee Creek Correctional Facility. Earlier in Kristin's career, as the Education and Prevention Coordinator at Volunteers of America Oregon from 2010 to November 2016, focus areas included managing a scholarship program and mentoring first-generation college students. Kristin's early experience includes managing a team at Quinn's Prime and Vine from 2007 to 2010, where skills development in young employees was emphasized. Kristin holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Political Science from Seattle Pacific University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
