Cindy Jara is a skilled Digital Communications Manager at Reach Higher, where since August 2020, comprehensive social media and digital strategies have been developed for initiatives with substantial followings. Previous experience includes serving as a Social Media Intern at the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholarship Program, where social media engagement with first-generation students was elevated.
