Nicole Schohn Rd

Nicole Schohn RD, LDN, is a Telehealth Dietitian at REACH Kidney Care since August 2016, focusing on improving the health of individuals with kidney disease by understanding their personal goals and needs. Prior experience includes serving as a Registered Dietitian at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. from September 2012 to August 2016, where comprehensive care for End-Stage Renal Disease patients was provided. Earlier in their career, Nicole worked as a Public Health Nutritionist at the Allegheny County Health Department from October 2010 to August 2012, supporting the WIC program for nutritionally at-risk families. Nicole completed a Dietetic Internship at Geisinger Medical Center in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, earned in 2009.
