Royal Collette

Royal Collette has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Royal started their career in the US Navy as a Nuclear Submarine Officer from 1986 to 1991. Royal then worked as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton in 1992 and later became a Federal Account Manager for FORE Systems (acquired by Marconi) from 1993 to 1999. From 1999 to 2004, Collette was the Managing Member of Capitol Ventures, LLC. Royal then worked at Spinnaker Networks and CALIENT Technologies Inc. in federal sales and federal programs roles respectively from 2001 to 2003. In 2004, they joined Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company as a Mid-Atlantic and US Federal Territory Manager and held various federal territory manager roles until 2021. Royal then worked at Celona as the U.S. Federal & Mid-Atlantic Sales from 2021 to 2022, and currently serves as the Director of Federal Programs at Reach since November 2022.

Royal Collette attended the United States Naval Academy from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. During their time at the academy, Royal focused on studying Computer Engineering and Computer Science.
