Reach to Teach
Shikha Mathur has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Shikha is currently working as the Director of Human Resources and OD at Reach to Teach since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. from November 2017 to February 2021. Shikha also held the position of Manager of People and OD at WaterAid India from January 2014 to November 2017. Before that, they worked as a Coordinator of Human Resources at Oxfam India from June 2011 to January 2014. Shikha's earlier experience includes working in the Human Resources department at General Electric(GE) from October 2005 to June 2011.
Shikha Mathur completed their Master's degree in Business from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Lady Irwin school from 1986 to 2000. Shikha also pursued their graduation in Physics from Gargi College, however, the start and end years for this degree are not provided.

Reach to Teach works in partnership with State Governments to strengthen teaching and learning outcomes and enhance teacher agency. Our work is based on learning garnered from extensive engagement at the community level for more than a decade. We create impact by using technology as appropriate to the context of our focus states and have a strong Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning framework allowing for concurrent course correction.
