Tom Goodin

Thomas Goodin has extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations focused on social services and outreach. Currently serving as the ICF Director at Reach Unlimited, Inc. since January 2017, Thomas previously held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Horizon Outreach for a brief period in 2016, where strategic leadership was provided to support at-risk veterans and non-veterans. From July 2012 to June 2016, Thomas excelled as the Executive Director at ResCare, surpassing budgeted financial contributions by 500% and consistently exceeding measurable program outcomes. Additionally, Thomas served as Executive Director at Mosaic from December 2010 to May 2012. Thomas's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Social Justice from Olivet Nazarene University.
