Fi Wood Fcips

Fi Wood FCIPS serves as the Procurement & Commercial Leader at REAch2 Academy Trust since 2024. Previously, a Group (Global) Head of Learning, Standards, and Product Development at CIPS from January 2020 to 2024, Fi also held positions as a Senior Leader in Education from 2013 to 2022, integrating school leadership with university lecturing. Fi's extensive experience in procurement includes serving as Head of Procurement at Yell for over a decade and leading Procurement & Logistics at Sears Clothing Limited. Currently a DPhil candidate at the University of Oxford, specializing in Epistemic Curiosity, Fi also holds a Master of Science from the same institution and a NPQH in Educational Leadership and Administration from UCL Institute of Education.
