Teresa Beach

Teresa Beach serves as the HR COO at Marsh McLennan since November 2020 and holds the position of Non Executive Director at REAch2 Academy Trust from January 2018. Additionally, Teresa is the Director at Oldham Beach Associates since April 2013. Previous experience includes roles as HR Director at Mercer from June 2019 to October 2020, Non Executive Director at Hackney New School Limited from January 2018 to July 2019, and Managing Director at JLT Technology Solutions until May 2019. Teresa also held the role of Interim Solutions Director at Amey in 2013 and was the Group Head of Business Change at Catlin Group from 2008 to 2013. From 1997 to 2008, Teresa was elected to partner at PA Consulting, and earlier worked as a Chartered Civil Engineer at Atkins from 1992 to 1997. Teresa earned a BEng Hons in Civil Engineering from the University of Bristol between 1989 and 1992.
