Louise Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Louise holds the current position of People Experience Lead at Reachdesk since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior People Ops Associate at Reachdesk from December 2021 to November 2022. Louise also has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of Wildly Mindful Store, a company they started in April 2021.

From 2011 to 2014, they attended Cardiff Metropolitan University and completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology with Honors. In 2016 to 2017, they furthered their education at the University of Exeter and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychological Therapies Practice, specializing in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapies and Approaches. Continuing their professional development, in 2017 to 2018, Louise pursued a Diploma in Human Resource Management (Level 5) from CIPD. Finally, in 2018, they obtained a certification as an Adult Mental Health First Aider from MHFA England.
