Louise Jones

Louise Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Louise holds the current position of People Experience Lead at Reachdesk since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior People Ops Associate at Reachdesk from December 2021 to November 2022. Louise also has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of Wildly Mindful Store, a company they started in April 2021.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Louise worked as a People Ops Manager at Medefer from November 2020 to February 2021. Prior to that, they served as a People Advisor at Perkbox from August 2016 to November 2020.

Louise began their career as a Talent Assistant at notonthehighstreet.com from October 2015 to April 2016. Louise also gained experience as a Volunteer English Teacher at Camps International Limited from January 2015 to March 2015.

Louise started their professional journey as a Temporary Receptionist/Administration Assistant at The Institute of Cancer Research from September 2014 to October 2014.

Louise Jones began their education in 2009 at Reigate College, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. From 2011 to 2014, they attended Cardiff Metropolitan University and completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology with Honors. In 2016 to 2017, they furthered their education at the University of Exeter and obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychological Therapies Practice, specializing in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapies and Approaches. Continuing their professional development, in 2017 to 2018, Louise pursued a Diploma in Human Resource Management (Level 5) from CIPD. Finally, in 2018, they obtained a certification as an Adult Mental Health First Aider from MHFA England.
