Stéphane Duarte

Stéphane Duarte has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Stéphane is currently employed at Reachdesk as a Senior Software Engineer, where they utilize their expertise in software development. Prior to this, Stéphane worked at Talkdesk, starting as a Software Engineer Intern and progressing to become a Software Engineer I and Software Engineer II. At Talkdesk, they were involved in projects related to agent experience and call routing systems, utilizing technologies such as React, JS, Ruby, and Kotlin. Stéphane also worked as a Researcher at INESC-ID, contributing to the development of a motion capture platform. Additionally, they gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at Instituto Superior Técnico, where they taught the Computer Graphics course. Stéphane's work experience is further enriched by an internship at Xpand IT.

Stéphane Duarte pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems and Computer Engineering from 2014 to 2019 at Instituto Superior Técnico. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, they completed their high school education in the Science and Technology Area at Escola Secundária Domingos Sequeira.

In addition to their formal education, Stéphane Duarte has also obtained certifications. In August 2021, they earned the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org. Furthermore, in March 2021, they completed an Introduction to Business Management course at King's College London.
