Grant Halter

Grant Halter is a data analysis professional with extensive experience in the library sector. Since April 2019, Grant has served as the Data Analysis Manager at Reaching Across Illinois Library System (RAILS), overseeing data collection and analysis to support library decision-making. Prior to this role, Grant worked as a Data Analyst at SWAN and Oak Park Public Library, and held positions as a Data & Analysis Intern and Finance Coordinator at Appalachia Service Project. Grant holds a degree from Augustana College, earned in 2014.
