Lee Koles

Lee Koles, Ph.D., is a career coach and strategist specializing in assisting women, particularly mothers returning to the workforce after a career break. As the founder of CareerSequel since 2019, Koles provides personalized guidance to help clients discover their career aspirations, regain confidence, and enhance job search skills. In addition to this role, Koles serves as a career coach at reacHIRE and a VIP Career Strategy Expert at Fairygodboss, where efforts focus on connecting women with return-to-work opportunities and teaching job search strategies. Koles also coordinates women's initiative events for the United Way and has held various leadership positions at Norwood School, demonstrating a commitment to community engagement and educational support. Koles holds a BA in Psychology from Williams College and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University, along with a certification as a life coach.
