Jodi Baldassin

Jodi Baldassin has a diverse background in human resources, spanning over three decades. Jodi began their career at Thomson Industries, Inc as a Corporate Recruiter and Benefits Specialist, where they standardized HR policies and procedures and led a team in providing HR support for manufacturing facilities. Jodi then joined Travel Impressions Ltd. An American Express Company/American Express Vacations as a Director, eventually becoming the Vice President and Chief Talent Officer. In this role, they acted as a trusted advisor to business leaders, managed a large budget, and revamped employee benefit programs. Jodi later joined Tourism Holdings Inc as the Director/Vice President/Chief Talent Officer, where they directed HR for a start-up and managed a significant budget. Currently, Jodi works at ReactDx, formerly Medicomp, Inc as the Executive Director of Talent Relations and Development, responsible for transforming the HR function from operational to strategic. Jodi has implemented various initiatives, including a new payroll/HRIS system, a new 401k structure, and a new benefits broker, resulting in savings and increased employee participation. Jodi also navigated the PPP Covid 19 loan process and automated training through the implementation of a LMS. Overall, Jodi has a proven track record of driving HR transformation and improving employee engagement.

Jodi Baldassin holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from Stony Brook University. Jodi also has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with an emphasis in HR from Penn State University. In addition, they have obtained a certification from SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
