Dr Mark-Paul Buckingham

Dr. Mark-Paul Buckingham is an experienced engineering professional with a significant background in vibration engineering and consultancy. As the Managing Director of Xi Engineering Consultants Ltd. since April 2011, Buckingham leads a team that specializes in solving complex engineering problems through advanced modeling and analysis. In addition, Buckingham co-founded Reactec Limited in 2001 and has served as a Non-Executive Director since then, contributing technical guidance in vibration solutions. Buckingham also held the role of CEO, focusing on the company's growth and product divisionalization. Further involvement includes a commitment to mental health as Chairman and Board Member of Bipolar Scotland, and prior entrepreneurial experience with a landscaping business in London. Educationally, Buckingham holds a PhD in Vibration Engineering and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh.
