J Ocana is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the audio-visual and technology industries. Currently serving as President & COO of Reaction Audio Visual since June 2005, J Ocana oversees all operations, finance, and marketing for a nationwide provider of live event services. Previously, as President & CEO of Direct Midrange Systems from August 2002 to May 2005, J Ocana grew the company to nearly $20 million in sales. Additional roles include Sr. Director of Sales Development at Grand Central, AVP Solution Consulting at Peregrine Systems, and VP of Presales at Extricity, where J Ocana managed critical presales teams. Early career experience includes positions as E Commerce Area Specialist at GE Information Services and Senior District Manager at Nokia, the latter managing a sales team achieving over $50 million in annual sales. J Ocana holds a BS in Business with an emphasis in Sales from the University of Southern California and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
