Sophie Allen-Etchart

Sophie Allen-Etchart has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sophie is the Director of Trusler's Hill Farms Limited, a position they have held since 2023. In 2014, they founded and served as the CEO of Read Better Be Better, a literacy non-profit organization in Arizona. Sophie also founded Sophie Etchart Consulting in the same year, providing strategic HR and executive assessment services to school district administrations. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Program Manager at Junior Achievement of Arizona from 2012 to 2014 and as an Education Coordinator at SKIP Peru from 2010 to 2011. Sophie also served as a Pro-Bono Manager at the Private Equity Foundation from 2008 to 2010 and as a Principal at AMG, a board-level executive search and talent consulting firm, from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they gained experience as an assistant at Hiram Bingham British International School in 2005 and as a classroom assistant/substitute teacher at The European School, Brussels in 2004. Sophie's career began as a marketing intern at BP Spain in 2003.

Sophie Allen-Etchart attended Newcastle University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Modern Languages with a focus on Spanish, French, and English. Sophie also obtained a certification in Inclusive Mindset from LinkedIn in 2021.
